Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; algılanan örgütsel desteğin psikolojik rahatlık üzerine etkisinde lidere güvenin aracı rolünü araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla bir Kamu Hastanesinde araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 300 hemşireye, yüz yüze ve çevrimiçi anket uygulanarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Algılanan örgütsel desteğin, psikolojik rahatlığa etkisinde lidere güvenin aracı rolü Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları, algılanan örgütsel desteğin lidere güven ve psikolojik rahatlık üzerinde pozitif etkisinin olduğunu göstermektedir. İlave olarak lidere güvenin algılanan örgütsel destek ile psikolojik rahatlık arasında kısmi (pozitif) aracılık rolünde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarının literatüre katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
The main purpose of this study; to investigate the mediating role of trust in the leader in the effect of perceived organizational support on psychological safety. In order to test the hypotheses of the study, the research was carried out in a Public Hospital. Data were obtained by applying face-to-face and online questionnaires to 300 nurses selected by simple random sampling method. The mediating role of trust in the leader in the effect of perceived organizational support on psychological safety was examined using the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study show that perceived organizational support has a positive effect on trust in the leader and psychological safety. In addition, it has been determined that trust in the leader has a partial (positive) mediation role between perceived organizational support and psychological safety. The results of the study are considered to contribute to the literature.
