During research it has been intended to create a system of software instruments, generic e-commerce model and their customization for particular e-commerce cases. It was intended and accomplished to create a model, which is the nucleus of e-ecommerce process on the social media. To this aim, it will be allowed for the model to be customized by selecting various entry parameters. A company may use the collected data from the social network, either by means of the crawler we created, either by other means, in order to customize the model presented, thus generating e-commerce. In our research we want to get results with respect to the manner in which, a sold on-line product is perceived by buyers.
