Özet

Organizational Prisonizition is an important input for indivual and organizational output, and also it is a pivotal variable for pro-social organizational behaviors, especially in the health sector. From this point of view, in this study we aimed to investigate the influence of organizational prisonization on organizational opposition. We used a survey method via simple randomized sampling and gather the data by face to face interviews from 375 employees who work in the health sector in Konya region. Parallel to the established hyptheses, the results suggest that organizational prisonization has a positive effect on organizational opposition. In addition, organizational prisonization has significant effects on the dimensions of organizational oppositions that is it has a negative effect on open opposition, and a positive effect on implicit oppsition. This study has the potential contributions for the organizational behavior and health management literatüre in that it has a theoritical background for organizational prisonization, and it also examined the relationship between organziational prisonization and organziational opposition.
