Özet

Özet Covid-19 salgını tüm dünyada sadece sağlık açısından değil ekonomik faaliyetler üzerinde de bozulmalara yol açarak çok ciddi bir sorun haline gelmiştir. Salgınla mücadele kapsamında uygulamaya konulan kısıtlamalar, yasaklar ve sosyal mesafe gibi önlemler gerek uluslararası ticari işlemler gerek imalat ve gerekse de hizmet sektörü üzerinde önemli derecede bozulmalara yol açmıştır. Bu durum politika yapıcıların mikro ve makroekonomik boyutta önemli politikaları hayata geçirmelerini zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada mevcut veriler üzerinden farklı sektörlerin kazanç ve kayıplar incelenerek bir durum tespiti yapılmakta ve bu çerçevede politika önerilerine yer verilmektedir. 

The Covid-19 outbreak has become a very serious problem all over the world, causing deterioration not only in terms of health, but also in economic activities. Measures such as restrictions, bans and social distancing implemented within the scope of combating the epidemic have caused significant deterioration in both international commercial transactions, manufacturing and service sector. This situation made it obligatory for policy makers to implement important policies in micro and macroeconomic dimensions. For this reason, this study makes a situation assessment by examining the gains and losses of different sectors based on the existing data and foresights.
