: The purpose of this study is to theoretically contribute to the literature on hybrid
entrepreneurshis. Hybrid entrepreneurship is thought to have a significant share in all
entrepreneurial activities, with the idea that the individual can progressively shift from paid work
to entrepreneurship while maintaining paid work. Entrepreneurs who want to establish their own
business while paying jobs are ignored in the literature. This is one of the most rewarding causes
of the study. Theoretical arguments about the importance of these entrepreneurs and why they are
different from traditional entrepreneurs can contribute to the expansion of the literature. The
changes in the labor market and the diversity of the working order have increased the interest in
hybrid entrepreneurshis.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, hibrit girişimcilik hakkında teorik olarak literatüre katkıda bulunmaktır.
Bireyin ücretli bir işten girişimciliğe geçişinde, ücretli işini koruyarak aşamalı olarak geçiş
yapabileceği düşüncesinden hareketle ortaya çıkan hibrit girişimciliğin tüm girişimcilik faaliyetleri
içerisinde önemli bir paya sahip olduğu düşünülmektedir. Ücretli işi varken kendi işini kurmak
isteyen girişimciler literatürde göz ardı edilmektedir. Çalışmanın yapılmasının en önemli nedeni
budur. Bu girişimcilerin önemine ve geleneksel girişimcilerden neden farklı olduğuna dair teorik
argümanlar literatürün gelişmesine katkıda bulunabilir. İşgücü piyasasındaki değişiklikler ve
çalışma düzenindeki çeşitlilikler hibrit girişimciliğe yönelik ilgiyi artırmıştır.
