Günümüzde
yüksek değerlerle birlikte anılarak dile getirilmesi dahi, aradan geçen uzun
zaman dikkate alındığında ahiliğin ne denli önemli bir sosyal kurum olduğunun
ve sosyo-ekonomik hayatı ne denli etkilediğinin bir göstergesi olarak kabul
edilebilir. Ahlak, sanat üretim, ticaret, sosyal kontrol, teşkilat gibi
kavramların rehberliğinde doğru anlaşılabilecek olan ahilik, etkin olduğu dönem
boyunca sosyal hayatı pek çok yönüyle etkilemiş, insan ve topluma hizmeti temel
prensiplerinden birisi haline getirebilmiş, zarar vermeme ve zarar görmeme
ilkelerini merkeze alarak toplumsal dinamiklerle uyumlu biçimde kurgulanmış bir
ekonomik sistem ortaya koyarak bu çerçevede uzunca bir süre Anadolu’da varlık
gösterebilmiştir.
Diğer
yandan eserlerinde ideal insan ve toplum konularında yaptığı vurgularla da
dikkat çeken; son dönemin önemli sosyologlarından Zygmunt Bauman’ı ortaya
koyduğu sosyo-ekonomik çözümlemeler de dikkate alındığında anmakta yarar var
diye düşünüyoruz.
Bu
bağlamda biz bu çalışmayla, yaklaşık 800 yıl öncesinde Ahilik teşkilatının
ortaya koyduğu sosyo-ekonomik ilkelerle, günümüz bakış açısıyla Bauman
tarafından sosyo-ekonomik hayata yönelik olarak ortaya konan ilke ve
çözümlemeleri; benzerlik ve farklılıkları, referans verdikleri hayat tarzı
bakımından karşılaştırmayı hedefliyoruz.
Araştırma
sürecinde esas alınacak veriler Fütüvvetnâmeler’den elde edilecek veriler ve
Zygmunt Bauman’ın “Azınlığın Zenginliği Hepimizin Çıkarına Mıdır?” isimli
çalışmasından hareketle ulaşılacak veriler üzerinden yürütülecektir.
Çalışmayla
Ahilik teşkilatının temel ilkelerinin, günümüz modern dünyası
entelektüellerinden Bauman’ın yaklaşımlarıyla benzeşen ve ayrışan yönleri irdelenecektir.
Kapitalist iktisadi sistem, zenginlik, üretim, iş ahlakı, biriktirme gibi
kavramlar ve bu kavramların toplumsal hayata yansımaları iki düşünce sisteminde
karşılıklı olarak ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır.

Even the fact that it is mentioned together with high values today can be regarded as an indication of how important ahi-order is a social institution and how much it affects socio-economic life, considering the long time passed. Ahi, which can be understood correctly under the guidance of concepts such as morality, art production, commerce, social control, organization, affected social life in many ways during its active period, made service to human and society one of the basic principles, focused on the principles of non-harm and non-harm, and social dynamics. It has been able to exist in Anatolia for a long time by introducing a harmoniously designed economic system.
On the other hand, he draws attention with his emphasis on ideal people and society in his works; We think that it is worth mentioning Zygmunt Bauman, one of the most important sociologists of the last period, considering the socio-economic analyzes he put forward.
In this context, we, with this study, with the socio-economic principles put forward by the Ahilik organization about 800 years ago, the principles and analyzes put forward by Bauman for socio-economic life from today's perspective; We aim to compare the similarities and differences in terms of the lifestyle they refer to.
The data to be taken as basis in the research process are the data to be obtained from Futuvvetnames and Zygmunt Bauman's "Is the Wealth of the Minority in the Interest of All of Us?" will be carried out on the data to be accessed based on the work named.
With the study, the basic principles of the Ahi organization will be examined, which are similar and differentiated with the approaches of Bauman, one of the intellectuals of today's modern world. Concepts such as capitalist economic system, wealth, production, business ethics, accumulation and the reflections of these concepts on social life will be tried to be put forward mutually in two systems of thought.
