Nowadays diodes, transistors, such as the widespread use of semiconductor devices, the electronic timer relays (SSR) have begun to take the place of the relay when the mechanical type. Solid-state relay (SSR) is a switch arrangement composed of electronic components completely. It does the same job with the classic relay and contactor. Such as contactors and relays have the control and power circuits. Solid-state relays, control circuit transistor-like element to be energized by the power transistor circuit energizes the system by coming off like elements in the open position. Contactors and relays de difference is that instead of the coil and the contacts of electronic components.Solid-state relays do not have mechanical parts. Therefore, the on-off and make a few million can be eliminated noise that may occur. The results obtained in this study reveal the necessity of using SSR relays instead of electromechanical relays for direct current inductive switching in industrial applications. Special SSR has been produced for high flow and very open-close ventilators on the machine where the application is made and it has been ensured that the machine works smoothly. Failures resulting from electromechanical relays are terminated by the use of SSR. Competition with other companies that produce SSRs, making them cheaper than the market, contributes to the market of this work.
