Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin klinik
uygulamalarda hemşirelere yönelik tutumları, mesleki gelişimleri ve sağlık
hizmetlerinin kalitesi açısından kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu tutumların
belirlenmesi, eğitim programlarının iyileştirilmesine ve klinik ortamda
öğrenci-hemşire etkileşiminin güçlendirilmesine katkı sağlamaktadır. Bu
araştırmanın amacı, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin klinik uygulama sürecinde
hemşirelere yönelik tutumlarını değerlendirmek ve tutumları etkileyen faktörleri
incelemektir. Araştırma, tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tasarımla yürütülmüş olup,
Türkiye’nin İç Anadolu Bölgesi’nde bir üniversitenin Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi
Hemşirelik Bölümü’nde öğrenim gören 2., 3. ve 4. sınıf öğrencilerden oluşan 141
katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Tanımlayıcı
Özellikler Bilgi Formu ve Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Klinik Uygulama Sürecinde
Hemşirelere Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler Temmuz 2025’te
çevrimiçi ortamda toplanmış ve SPSS 23.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir.
Öğrencilerin hemşirelere yönelik tutum puan ortalaması 89.10±17.35 olarak
bulunmuştur. Tutum puanları, sınıf düzeyi, yaş, lise mezuniyet türü ve
hemşirelik bölümünü isteyerek tercih etme durumuna göre anlamlı farklılıklar
göstermiştir (p<0.05). Ayrıca, genel akademik not ortalaması ile tutum
puanları arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır (r=0.293,
p<0.001). Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin klinik uygulamalarda hemşirelere yönelik
tutumları genel olarak olumlu düzeydedir ve bu tutumlar öğrencilerin demografik
özellikleri ile akademik başarılarıyla ilişkilidir. Bu sonuçlar, hemşirelik
eğitim programlarının geliştirilmesi ve klinik deneyimlerin desteklenmesi
açısından yol gösterici niteliktedir.
Nursing students’ attitudes towards
nurses in clinical practice are of critical importance for their professional
development and the quality of healthcare services. Identifying these attitudes
contributes to the improvement of educational programs and strengthens the
interaction between students and nurses in clinical settings. This study aimed
to evaluate nursing students’ attitudes towards nurses during the clinical
practice process and to examine the factors influencing these attitudes. The
research was conducted using a descriptive and cross-sectional design with 141
participants consisting of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students enrolled in the
Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department, at a university located in the
Central Anatolia Region of Turkey. Data collection tools included a Descriptive
Characteristics Information Form and the Nursing Students’ Attitudes Towards
Nurses in the Clinical Practice Process Scale. Data were collected online in
July 2025 and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 software. The mean attitude score of the
students towards nurses was found to be 89.10 ± 17.35. Attitude scores showed significant
differences according to class level, age, type of high school graduation, and
whether the nursing program was voluntarily chosen (p<0.05). Additionally, a
positive and significant correlation was found between the students’ general
academic grade point average and their attitude scores (r=0.293, p<0.001).
Overall, nursing students’ attitudes towards nurses in clinical practice were
positive and were associated with their demographic characteristics and
academic success. These findings provide guidance for the development of
nursing education programs and the support of clinical experiences.
