Digital applications have gained importance in the finance sector with digitalization. In addition, the importance given to sustainability within the scope of social responsibility by banks reaching many branches in the finance sector is obvious. In this respect, it is important to consider the factors affecting the success of sustainable policies of banks in a causality relationship and to address important factors with a scientific method in this direction. Therefore, within the scope of this chapter, the sustainable policies of banks operating in the digital age will be analysed with the DEMATEL method, one of the multi-criteria decision making methods.
