Özet

Voice recognition and user identification are important for authentication and verification in security but they are difficult to achieve. This paper presents an approach based on neural networks for voice recognition and user identification. The study consists of two parts being text-dependent and text-independent. The experimental results demonstrate that the neural approaches are succesful. Text-dependent and text-independent voice recognition cases have been achieved with% 94 and% 88 accuracies, respectively.
