Abstract—In the contemporary world, good and highquality businesses are founded by successful and eager
employees. Moreover, the foundation of the performance, as
well as the talents of employees, rests on human resources
management. HRM prepares employee profiles and the
development of enterprises. Considering the technological
developments in the business world, HRM is an area where the
use of improving technologies faces the slowest progress, even
though artificial intelligence technology is being used in almost
every sector today [15]. The reason is that HRM practices
include a relationship-oriented approach, and the business
execution and management aspect of it is carried out through
human relations. In the rapidly changing contemporary world,
a short glance at the HRM departments in enterprises indicates
that they look favorably on the use of the advanced technology
of AI, are assertive in adopting this technology, and intend to
use it effectively [16]. In the worldwide studies on the use of
artificial intelligence technology in HRM by enterprises, it was
predicted that the rate at which this technology is used in HRM
would be over 40% by 2022, but it will entail problems
[1,2,3,4,5]. This study aims to evaluate the benefits and problems
of AI technologies used in HRM in the context of the future of
HRM.
