All rights reserved.In this study, a manually adjusted multi-tool drill bench has been developed and its transformation into an automatically adjusted bench is explained step by step. In the developed design, brainstorming, systematic design, and contradictions matrix belonging to TRIZ were used together. A machine that is easy to adjust and use, has an error-free production, has high working efficiency and can produce fast, has been redesigned. The bench has been made semi-automatic, and an increase of 71.88% has been achieved in the production speed. In addition, the strength of the drilling unit of the new system has improved by 68.96%, its displacement by 41.17%, and the safety coefficient by 212.5%.
